Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior knowledge to take a course?
No. The programs start on the assumption that the participant has never used the tools.
What happens if I cannot attend live?
Sessions are recorded. You have access to the recordings for six months; you can watch a session you missed later or reopen one you have already watched.
Can I get my fee back if I withdraw?
Yes. If you withdraw before the course starts, the full fee is refunded.
Is my certificate valid, and how is it verified?
Every participant who completes a course receives a numbered certificate. Anyone who enters the number on the verification page of our site — your employer, your institution, a colleague — can see for themselves that the certificate is genuine. The certificate can also be added directly to your LinkedIn profile.
How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
When is my registration confirmed?
After making the payment, you need to send us the payment receipt or a Shopier screenshot. The most practical way is the form on our contact page: select "Payment notification / receipt" as the subject and upload the document directly. If you prefer, you can also send an email to burak.gklp@gmail.com. Your registration is confirmed after this step and the attendance link is sent to you.
Is there a discount if we join as a group?
In some programs a discount applies to group registrations of at least five people. The discount is stated on the page of the course it applies to.
Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are online and live. The attendance link is sent by email after registration.
