Scientific Simulation and Learning Platform
Every step covered in our courses has an exercise. The instructor advances the slide; you do the exercise for that slide on your own device, submit it and receive feedback right away. If you signed in with a personal account, your work stays in your account after the session; if you signed in with the session password, you download it at the end of the session.
Sign-in details are given by your instructor during the course. The platform is open only to participants enrolled in Sova Akademi courses. The platform interface is in Turkish.

The same session can be joined in two ways. The instructor decides which one is open; in most courses both are.
- Personal account
- You sign in with your email address and a password you set. Your email must be on the list of the course you are enrolled in; Sova Akademi prepares the list before the course. Your work is stored under your account: you can open it after the session and access it for six months after the course ends.
- Session password
- At the start of the session the instructor shows a username and password on screen. You enter these and the name you want displayed; you do not need to open an account. The password is valid for 24 hours by default. Work done this way is not tied to an account; at the end of the session you save it to your computer with "Çalışmamı indir" (Download my work).
How it works

The instructor opens the room
The instructor creates a room for the course and either sets a session password or links the course participant list to the room. Both can be open at once.

The participant joins
The participant opens the "Join a session" link on a computer and uses the session password or a personal account. The room code is shown on screen or comes inside the link.

The slide advances, the exercise opens
As the instructor advances the slide, the exercise for that slide appears on the participant’s screen. The participant does the exercise on their own device and submits it.

Feedback arrives right away
The instructor sees the submissions in the panel and writes feedback; the participant reads it on their own screen immediately. Work by those who signed in with a personal account stays in the account after the session; those who signed in with the session password save it with "Çalışmamı indir" (Download my work).
Access
The session password is valid for the period set by the instructor, 24 hours by default; when it expires or is renewed you are asked for the new password, and what you have done up to then is kept. Access with a personal account closes six months after the last day of the course; before it expires you see a warning and can download your work.
The exercises are easier to do on a computer; phones and tablets also work. If you cannot sign in, write first to your instructor and then to akademisova@gmail.com.
Personal data
When you sign in with the session password, only the name you enter, the sign-in time, the device type and the content of your work are kept. With a personal account your email address is added to these. The data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure and deleted six months after the room is closed.
