Program flow
- Part 1Project logic and core concepts: how a good project idea takes shape, the differences between EU and TÜBİTAK funding mechanisms, call analysis, and what successful projects have in common.
- Part 2The structure of funding programs: Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, and IPA; the TÜBİTAK 1001, 1002, 1003, 1005, 1007, and TEYDEB programs.
- Part 3The application process: tracking calls, preparing the application file, the most common mistakes, evaluation criteria, and what reviewers look for.
- Part 4Work packages and planning: task allocation, timeline, Gantt chart, and the logical framework approach.
- Part 5Budget and resource management: budget items, eligible costs, personnel and equipment planning, financial reporting.
- Part 6Project management and sustainability: risk analysis, crisis management, dissemination, and the durability of outputs.
- Part 7Evaluation and closing: interim and final reports, impact assessment, turning results into patents and publications.

Sessions are held online and live. Participants build an application file around their own project ideas.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need prior knowledge to take a course?
- No. The programs start on the assumption that the participant has never used the tools.
- What happens if I cannot attend live?
- Sessions are recorded. You have access to the recordings for six months; you can watch a session you missed later or reopen one you have already watched.
- Can I get my fee back if I withdraw?
- Yes. If you withdraw before the course starts, the full fee is refunded.
- Is my certificate valid, and how is it verified?
- Every participant who completes a course receives a numbered certificate. Anyone who enters the number on the verification page of our site — your employer, your institution, a colleague — can see for themselves that the certificate is genuine. The certificate can also be added directly to your LinkedIn profile.
- How do I pay?
- You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
- When is my registration confirmed?
- After making the payment, you need to send us the payment receipt or a Shopier screenshot. The most practical way is the form on our contact page: select "Payment notification / receipt" as the subject and upload the document directly. If you prefer, you can also send an email to burak.gklp@gmail.com. Your registration is confirmed after this step and the attendance link is sent to you.
- Is there a discount if we join as a group?
- In some programs a discount applies to group registrations of at least five people. The discount is stated on the page of the course it applies to.
- Where are the sessions held?
- All sessions are online and live. The attendance link is sent by email after registration.
